Selling Your Home

What you can expect from me:

1. Contact you by phone at least weekly with updates and status reports.

2. Provide you with an estimate of your net proceeds at the time of listing and with every offer I present you.

3. Periodically review the marketing plan and update the CMA (competitive market analysis) I presented you at the time of listing.

4. Produce a quality fact sheet and distribute it to all other Real Estate offices within your home's area. A supply of these sheets will be displayed in your home for potential purchasers.

5. Show your home (caravan) to Realtors in our office and hold 'Open House' for the public.

6. Provide you with a brochure "Tips for Selling" as well as other professionally designed marketing materials.

7. Place your home in the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. This offers co-agency with other licensed professional Realtors in the Columbia area.

8. With your permission, place a "For Sale" sign in your yard and maintain it in good condition.

9. Stay current with financing rates and options available to potentials purchasers of your property.

10. Under no obligation to you, offer relocation services to you and your friends or family. This service is available whether you move is just across town or across the country.

What I expect from you:

1. Price the property fairly, in line with the CMA (Competitive Market Analysis).

2. Review my "Tips For Selling" and help me by having your home ready and easy to show.

3. Realize the first impression is usually the last. Keep the front yard and the front of the house in especially good condition.

4. Communicate openly with me as you would your banker, attorney architect or other professional.
